I am a patient of Dr Shulman at the Olean Medical Group, and I recently was in need of getting information, as well as the pursuit of actually getting a Covid 19 PCR test for travel to Canada.
Not having been up there since Oct 2019, I was most anxious to finally be able to arrange for travel up there once the border was open to US residents...
When I stopped in the building a couple weeks back I met with Ms Frazier who handles such tests and she thoroughly explained the process involved, as well as everything the PCR tests for...She was so informative, and handled my questions in a most professional & courteous manner..
When my test was scheduled for this morning, she handled it smoothly, and once results were ready, followed up with phone calls to both my cell and land line numbers...
The whole experience I felt was service above and beyond by Ms Frazier...And I wanted to recognize her for this...
As a retired VP and Bank Branch Manager with over 40 years of service, I have a deep appreciation of what Superior Service can mean to not only a patient/customer, but also to the employer...In my opinion, Sarah Frazier has more than met the requirements of affording Superior Service in the performance of her duties at OMG!
