Before Your Appointment
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for registration. Having the following items ready will help us check you in quickly and efficiently:

- Photo ID
- Insurance card(s)
- Prescription or order from your referring provider
- Referral form, if required by your insurance (such as an HMO plan)
- Payment for your visit: co-pays, co-insurance, or deductible amounts
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (except American Express).
What to Expect at Your First Visit
At Olean Medical Group, we strive to make your first visit as smooth and welcoming as possible. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early and bring any required documents (ID, insurance cards, referrals, prescriptions).
All payments, including co-pays and deductibles, are due at the time of service. Our front desk team will guide you through the check-in process so you can focus on your care.
