Business Office

Welcome to the Business Office portion of our Web site. My name is Jodi Williams and I have been with the Olean Medical Group for 20 years. With all the current changes going on in healthcare, our departments main focus is on simplifying and offering you, our patient, the most accurate and up to date information. To this end, we are proud of the new billing system we have implemented. As information, we have included a sample statement. We do participate with most major carriers; you can find a listing of these carriers under the link: accepted insurance.

Our registration areas are available throughout the building. The primary function of these areas is to keep your information accurate and updated. We also offer a patient relations area, which is located downstairs on the first floor. They are there to answer your questions and concerns. For your convenience, we have provided a list of frequently asked questions. You will also find a copy of our credit policy.
